Our guitar insurance will cover you for accidental damage, theft, loss and more, so the next time you play at a gig, jam or rehearsal session, you can focus on what matters most; your music.
Electric Guitar

Our guitar insurance policies are designed to be adapted to each musician’s needs. We cover all types of guitar – electric, bass and even custom-made. Our electric guitar insurance covers your instruments and equipment against theft, loss, accidental damage and more. Next time you play at a gig, jam or rehearsal session, you can focus on what matters most; your music.

We let you choose the level of cover that suits you best, and select optional add-ons, if and when, you need them. Whether you’re touring, teaching or travelling across the globe, you can feel safe knowing your guitar and equipment are protected.

We’ll even cover your accessories, including amps, cables and pedals, for free for a total of up to £500, or up to £250 each.

Bass Guitar

We know that the one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work for musicians, which is why our policies are flexible to you. If you’re looking to cover your bass guitar, we’ve got you covered.

Our insurance will keep your equipment covered so you can focus on the music and take some of the stress out of your performances. Our insurance includes damage in transit cover and you can add on worldwide and unattended vehicle protection so you can make sure you've covered wherever you're performing.

We’ll even cover your accessories, including amps, cables and pedals, for free for a total of up to £500, or up to £250 each.

Acoustic Guitar

We cover all types of guitars, including your acoustic guitar. Whether you’re teaching in schools, travelling to and from gigs or rehearsing at home, you can feel safe knowing your acoustic guitar and equipment are protected.

Our acoustic guitar insurance covers any of your accessories, including cables and stands, for free for a total of up to £500, or up to £250 each.

You can choose the level of cover that suits you from premises only, UK only or worldwide cover and add on optional extras including unattended vehicle cover and public liability.

We'll cover you if you play music as either a professional or semi-pro, whether that's touring with your band or getting paid for performing with an orchestra.
We know that for many musicians, being without an instrument for any length of time simply isn’t an option. With our loan hire cover, you’ll always have something to play if your own instrument is lost or damaged.
No matter how careful you are with your instrument, accidents are unavoidable – and nobody can help being the target of theft. If the worst ever happens, we’ll be there to help you get back to playing.
If your instrument or equipment gets damaged while on the move, whether that’s on tour or heading to a rehearsal we’ve got you covered.
You’ll automatically get up to £500 cover (each valued between £10-£250, with a per claim limit of £500) for musical accessories and anything else you use to play your instrument.
If after a repair, your instrument has reduced in value due to the damage, we’ll cover your instrument for the amount it has reduced by.

Yes. You will automatically get up to £500 cover (each valued between £10-£250, with a per claim limit of £500) for musical accessories and anything else you use to play your instrument. For any particularly expensive items, such as pedals, we'd recommend specifying them individually on your policy. We'll cover loss and theft for any consumables such as strings but we don't cover wear and tear or damage.
Yes. We cover all standard sound equipment including PA systems, mixers, monitor speakers, amplifiers, speaker cabs and microphones.
Yes, if you have selected Worldwide Cover. Your instrument will be insured for up to 90 days in any one trip abroad. You can take as many trips in any policy year as you like, as long as no one trip exceeds 90 days, and it starts and ends in the UK. If you will be abroad for more than 90 days at a time, please give us a call on 0330 100 9903.
