Make a home insurance claim
Starting your Allianz home claim online is simple and convenient. There's no waiting in line and you can do it in your own time.
If a claim is reported between 8am and 3pm (Monday to Friday), we'll get back to you by the end of the day. If you report a claim outside of these times, we'll get back to you by the end of the next working day.
