Where applicable make sure that we are notified promptly of a change in the number of defendants, any change of track and of any RTA case which exits the portal. Also make sure that we are notified of case closure as soon as possible.
Contact us by emailing [email protected]. We will then request some further information from you, assess whether we are able to offer further indemnity, and let you know the premium that will apply.
There is a provision in the policy which allows cover to continue in these circumstances. You will need to change the policy into the name of the legal representatives and check that all the other policy details are correct (for example, the quantum of the case may have changed). If you have any specific queries about this process at the time, then contact our claims team by emailing [email protected].
