As of 1 October 2024 Allianz Musical Insurance closed to new customers following the acquisition by Lark Music, a trading name of Howden UK Brokers Limited. Allianz Musical Insurance products are now no longer available to new or renewing customers.

Making a claim

From 18 November 2025, all claims are now dealt with by Lark Music following their acquisition of Allianz Musical Insurance. This includes any that were reported to Allianz Musicial Insurance.

If you reported a claim before 18 November 2025 to Allianz Musical Insurance and your claim remains open, your information has now been transferrred to Lark Music. They'll continue to help with your claim. You can email the claims team directly at [email protected] and they'll be on hand to help with any questions you have about your claim.

Bought your policy via a broker or orchestra?

If you purchased your policy through a broker or with an orchestra, you'll need to contact your broker to start your claim.
