These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of Allianz Advantages, the loyalty programme operated by Allianz Management Services Limited with company registration number 03947280 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any third-party offers, competitions or discounts (“Offers”) made available through Allianz Advantages, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Allianz Advantages is a discretionary benefit. It sits outside of your contractual relationship with Allianz and does not form part of your product terms or conditions.
• You do not have a right to participate in Allianz Advantages. We may decline access, remove access, or make changes to the programme at any time.

4. Allianz’s Rights
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any individual Offer at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw Allianz Advantages entirely at any time and for any reason, without notice.

5. Third-Party Offers
• Offers are supplied by independent third-party providers (“Partners”).
• To access an Offer, you may be redirected to the Partner’s website or platform.
• You must comply with the Partner’s own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and eligibility criteria.
• Allianz is not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, performance, or availability of any third-party products, services, or experiences.
• Any issue, complaint, or dispute regarding an Offer should be directed to the Partner in the first instance.

6. Data & Marketing Consent
• To access certain time-sensitive or exclusive Offers (e.g. tickets to sporting events), you must opt in to receive marketing communications from Allianz.
• If you have opted out of marketing, you may not receive notifications about Offers with limited availability or time windows.
• We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy found at Privacy and Legal Notice | Allianz Insurance and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
