Our appetite for biomass power
We can find solutions for a wide range of renewables businesses, but our preferred risks are commercial operators that:
- are commercially operated for the use of creating power (or combined heat and power)
- feedstock is wood products preferably from sustainable sources
- process is incineration of fuel only, not heating or gasification
- fire detection and suppression in place
- have excellent risk management and control through (SCADA) systems in place
- use approved operations and maintenance companies
- the maximum boiler age is 10 years or less.
