If you’re a Direct Debit customer, we’ll automatically renew your policy each year, so your policy will continue without you having to take any action. You can cancel or make any changes to your policy at any time – we don’t charge you for this.

Ahead of your renewal date you’ll get your renewal pack with the details of your policy, your policy schedule and your last year’s premium to compare with your new annual premium. This may help you make a decision as to whether you’d like to renew your policy - you can contact us to make amends or cancel if you’d like.
