Everything you read on our website is put together by our in-house team with the help of an advisory board. This includes experts in the field of insurance, from claims to compliance, and products to underwriting.

Supported with evidence, our content is reviewed every year so Allianz Car Insurance readers can be sure they’re getting the latest information, and everything they read is accurate and meets regulations set by the FCA.

Advising us on the contents of our website and reviewing, refreshing and fact-checking our copy, here are the experts who form the Allianz Car Insurance advisory board:
Aimee Barrow
Aimee started out as a customer representative in LV=’s motor department in 2016 and moved into the regulatory standards team in 2020.

Among the different elements of her role, Aimee makes sure what we publish on the site is factually accurate, up to date and, most importantly, right for the customer.
Murad Rangoon
Murad’s love of motoring took hold from a young age, from riding motorbikes to days spent at the track. He has over 16 years’ experience in the insurance industry and puts his knowledge to good use as our Motor Underwriter.

Murad is particularly passionate about electric vehicles, as a proud electric car owner himself, and keeps up with the news and trends on all things electric to make sure our customers know what’s going on in the world of EVs.
Dominic Bloch

Dom brings the Allianz personality to life in our writing, making sure we hit the right notes and strike the right balance for our customers.

Starting out in broadcast journalism, Dom left Sky’s 24-hour newsroom to write and edit digital content for Sky Movies. Going on to manage the company’s online editorial team, he enjoyed helping others express themselves and find their voice.

Dom entered the world of insurance in 2021 and has been writing for Allianz since 2023. You never know, you may have already read some of his copy in letters, documents or social posts.
