About your claim

Before you get started, we just need few details about your claim. This will ensure your documents reach our teams as quickly as possible.

Claim Reference Number Your Claim Reference Number begins with either "MALZ" or "HALZ". If you don't have this to hand, you can give us your 8 or 9 digit policy number instead.

Date of incident This is the date of the incident which caused the damage or loss. If you're not sure of the exact date, an approximate date or even the day you discovered the damage or loss will be fine.

E-mail address When you submit your documents, we'll send you an email to confirm we've got them. It's important you provide us with the correct email address to prevent your personal information getting sent to anyone else.

  • We can accept Images (JPEG, TIFF and PNG), Documents (Word DOC/DOCX and PDF), Spreadsheets (Excel XLS and XLSX) and compressed ZIP files.
