The learning objectives of this session are to provide insights into:

  • a deeper understanding of mental health as a dynamic continuum, including distinguishing between stress, burnout, and performance pressure
  • managing digital overload and everyday micro-stressors
  • applying practical, evidence-based wellbeing strategies to foster a culture of psychological safety and support
  • inspiring meaningful action and systemic workplace change.

  1. How do you currently recognise the difference between stress, burnout, and performance pressure in yourself and your team?
  2. What changes could you make to reduce micro-stressors for yourself and your team?
