Allianz and Evoque launch new sustainable property salvage partnership

21 August 2025

Evoque Group Limited are a market-leading supplier specialising in zero-to-landfill solutions, including salvage resale, and recycling. Working initially with the commercial property claims team, Evoque will identify items that can be salvaged, repurposed, or disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner.

In 2024, Evoque diverted 3.3 million kg of waste away from landfill using a mix of salvage resale and zero to landfill recycling. This equated to an approximate Co2 reduction of 7,500 metric tons. The company aim to increase this to 6 million kg of waste diversion in 2025 through partnerships with businesses such as Allianz.

The partnership approach contributes not only to a prompt resolution of the claim for the customer but also offer peace of mind that environmental standards have been considered. This means that damaged materials are handled responsibly and items unsuitable for salvage are disposed of sustainably, reducing the amount of waste transferred to landfill. In addition, the salvage value (minus costs and fees) will be credited back to the claim reducing overall claims costs.
