In 2019, Fairmead (previously Legal & General Insurance Limited) wrote to you to apologise for an error in the amount of interest you’d been charged on your monthly payments for your home insurance policy. A cheque for a refund (which included interest) was sent, but it was never cashed.

We then sent a second cheque which now also looks like has gone uncashed. Due to the amount of time that has now passed, we will be cancelling that cheque too.

If you still have any of the original cheques, they’ve been cancelled and you won’t be able to cash them anymore.

If you have any questions or would like to request a new payment you can contact us on:

Fairmead Home Insurance was bought by the Allianz UK group, which Allianz Insurance plc is part of. Which is why we have been in contact with you, not Fairmead.
