2x winners to win a mascot place for when the Red Roses play Ireland at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on 11th April 2026 Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions:

By entering into the prize draw, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your information.

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Allianz Management Services Limited (company number 03947280), a company within the Allianz UK group of companies, and whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).and
  2. An eligible entrant shall
  3. a). have submitted a valid entry in accordance with clauses 3 and 4 below and the terms of these Terms and Conditions;
  4. b). be aged 18 years old or over; and
  5. c). be a UK resident
  6.      ( “Eligible Entrant”).
  7. d). Eligible winner / mascot must be aged between 7 years old and 11 years old

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Customers Use of a false name, address or providing misleading information when entering the prize draw will result in disqualification.
  9. The opening date for entries is 9am GMT on 10 March 2026 and the closing date for entries is 9am GMT on 17 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  10. To enter the prize draw, Eligible Entrants must follow instructions on Competition Entry Website during the promotional Period.
  11. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
  12. There will be 2 winners. Two names will be drawn randomly to win a Mascot place for a member aged between 7 years old and 11 years old for the Red  Roses vs Ireland game on the 11 April at Allianz Stadium. Winners will receive a mascot experience and Red Roses team run out, a full Red Roses rugby kit and tickets for the mascot and 2x adults.
  13. Where applicable, winners will be responsible for arranging  their own travel, accommodation and food and beverage at their own expense which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be recoverable from the Promoter.
  14. The winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all of the valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
  15. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families (i.e. spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings)   and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw, are excluded from entry.
  16. There is no maximum number of entries per person. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be voided.
  17. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. The winners will be confirmed by 12:00pm GMT on the 18 March 2026 by an email from an official Allianz email account. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of confirmation, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant drawn at random.
  18. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries. The prize draw is for Eligible Entrants only and any prize won is intended for personal domestic use only.
  19. Prizes are subject to the Rugby Football Union’s ticket terms and conditions and ground rules and spectator code of conduct available at www.englandrugby.com/tickets (“RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions”). Should there be a breach of the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may be requested by the RFU to remove access to the prize draw and the RFU may enforce the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions.  Please carefully read the RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  20. The Promoter may co-operate with the RFU to identify and manage breaches of the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  21. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any of the Promoter’s other promotions.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the prize draw.
  23. Once the winners have been contacted, and 30 days’ after the prize draw, the winners names and surnames, will be available on request and subject to the winners’ consent by emailing [email protected]
  24. The winners will participate in all required publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and surnames of the winners in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites. The winners will provide all reasonable cooperation with all required publicity as a result of winning.
  25. If the winners object to any or all of the following details, names and surnames winning entries being published or made available (in each case in accordance with clause 18 above), please contact the Promoter at [email protected] before 17:00 on 17 March 2026. Notwithstanding any objections, the winners’ details and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

  27. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability (the Promoter has 2 available prizes for this promotion.) In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any goods or services supplied.
  28. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The winners will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. Prizes may be taxable and the winners will be responsible for any tax arising.
  29. Subject to the winners providing valid contact information, all prizes will be sent by 20th February 2026
  30. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw where necessary to do so.
  31. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the promotion and to award prizes.
  32. By entering into the prize draw, all Eligible Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  34. The Promoter and the Eligible Entrants agrees that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  35. No liability and no responsibility (in each case) is accepted by the Promoter for (i) any issues with, (ii) damage to, (iii) inability to access, or (iv) loss of (in each case) the 2x tickets & signed Men’s England rugby shirt. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of the Promoters employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
