Actuarial

Actuaries play an essential role in our company and we recruit at all levels in this department. Our actuarial roles are based in our Guildford and London.

Some typical roles include:

Admin/PA/Office Support

There are a variety of administrative roles across the UK in our various offices from supporting a team or department to providing one-to-one support for our Directors and Senior Managers.

Claims

People working in our Claims department assist our customers in their hour of need whether it is speaking with them directly or working in a technical head office team. We have claims offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Milton Keynes and Guildford.

Customer Service/Contact Centre

Customers are at the heart of our business and we pride ourselves on delivering the best service with enthusiasm and expertise through our contact centre staff. Our vibrant call centres are based across the country.

Engineering

Our engineering business needs the best people to continue as the market leading provider of engineering insurance and inspection services. With a head office based in Liphook, Hampshire and positions across the UK, this division has our largest remote workforce delivering excellent service to our customers.

Finance

Our Finance team based in Guildford supports our entire UK business and works in close partnership with the different business areas to ensure Allianz continues to produce outstanding results.

Human Resources

Underwriting is what Allianz prides itself on doing best. We build skills and expertise through our award winning Underwriting Academy and have underwriters working in offices throughout the UK. Whether you’re assessing risk, negotiating with brokers, analysing results, from a portfolio of pets to some of world’s largest stadiums, who knows where underwriting might take you.
