Insurance Tomorrow Listeners Panel Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw is ​Allianz Insurance plc ​a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number ​00084638​ with its registered office at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1DB (“Promoter”); and 

2. An eligible entrant shall:

a. have access to the internet;

b. have submitted a valid entry in accordance with clauses 3 and 4 below and the terms of these Terms and Conditions ; 

c. be aged 18 years old or over;, and

d. be a UK resident 

(“Eligible Entrant”).

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from all Eligible Customers Use of a false name, address or providing misleading information when entering the price draw will result in disqualification. 

3. The opening date for entries is 06:00 GMT on 16 February 2026 and the closing date for entries is 06:00 GMT on 3 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

4. To enter the prize draw, Eligible Entrants must fully complete the Insurance Tomorrow Listeners Panel survey found at https://info.allianz.co.uk/insurance-tomorrow-podcast-survey.html providing your contact details during the Promotional Period. 

5. Entry is free and no purchase is required. 

6.  There is one prize available to be won and the winner will win: 1 £50 Amazon voucher.  

7. Where applicable, winners will be responsible for arranging  their own travel, accommodation and food and beverage at their own expense which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be recoverable from the Promoter. 

8. The winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all of the valid entries received during the Promotional Period. 

9. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families (i.e. spouses, partners, children, parents and siblings) and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw, are excluded from entry.

10. Only one entry may be made per person. The Promoter will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be voided. 

11. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. The winner will be confirmed by 15:00 GMT on 6 March 2026, by an email from [email protected] If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days of confirmation that it has won the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant drawn at random.  

12. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries. The prize draw is for Eligible Entrants only and any prize won is intended for personal domestic use only.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the prize draw.  

14. Once the winner has been contacted, and 30 days’ after the prize draw, the winner’s name, surname, photo and county will be available on request and subject to the winner’s consent by emailing [email protected].

15. The winner will participate in all required publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, surname, photo and county of the winner in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites. The winner will provide all reasonable cooperation with all required publicity as a result of winning. 

16. If the winner objects to any or all of the following details, name, surname, photo, county and winning entry being published or made available (in each case in accordance with clause 15 above), please contact the Promoter at [email protected] before 15:00 GMT on 10 March 2026. Notwithstanding any objections, the winner’s details and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

18.  Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability (the Promoter has one prize for this promotion. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any goods or services supplied.  

19. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.  

20. Subject to the winner providing valid contact information, all prizes will be sent by 20 March 2026.

21. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw where necessary to do so.

22. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the promotion and to award prizes.

23. By entering into the prize draw, all Eligible Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

25. The Promoter and the Eligible Entrants agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

26. No liability and no responsibility (in each case) is accepted by the Promoter for (i) any issues with, (ii) damage to, (iii) inability to access, or (iv) loss of (in each case) the £50 Amazon voucher. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of the Promoters employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
