If you purchased your BMW or MINI car insurance before 4th September 2018 (including if you still have or recently had a BMW or MINI with Allianz your current policy number will start with an XX).

Please note that any policies renewing from 8
th January 2021 will be invited for renewal by BMW’s new insurance partner. Details will be provided to all customers before their renewal is due. You will receive proof of NCD as part of this process.
 
However, if your car insurance started on or after 4th September 2018 a different insurer has provided the policy. You should be able to find information about this on the BMW website or MINI website.

We’re sorry but we no longer offer new or renewal policies for these brands. All customers with policies should have received information about what will happen to their policy when it was due for renewal in 2020. Details of these brands' other insurance partners can be found at the links below.

You should have been given proof of your No Claims Bonus when your policy ended by email or post. But if not, we’ll be happy to provide this proof. 

Get in touch with us at account.legacy@allianz.co.uk and in the email please provide the following information:

  • your name
  • your address
  • policy number
  • details of the vehicle insured. 

 

If you bought your policy through a broker, they should be able to provide you with: 

  • a copy of your last renewal invitation before your policy ended
  • cancellation letter if you cancelled the policy mid-term

 

These should contain details of your No Claims Discount at the point of your policy ending.
