If you're joining us from Flow, you can rest assured there's no change. We have a new look and a new name but we're still the same people with
the same values and passion for always putting our customers first. 
You’ll notice our website and your account area now carry the Allianz brand, so it’ll look a little different. And that’s really all that’s changing. We’re still the same people, with the same values and a passion for always putting our customers first.
Your online account can now be accessed through Allianz. The Flow link will automatically redirect you to your online Allianz account. 
You’ll continue to use your Flow documents until the end of the policy. When your policy renews, your new documents will come from Allianz.
No, there are many things that can affect your car insurance premium. We’ve put together some useful information to help explain how your car insurance is calculated.
Your renewal will carry on as normal and you’ll still be insured by the same people. You’ll just notice some things look a little different. Your new documents will use the Allianz branding, for example.

If the incident occurred before your existing policy end date, you should report your claim to Flow Insurance.
