To change your vehicle manually when it doesn't show your number plate, follow the steps below...
1. Log in to your account and select 'your car', then 'make changes'.
2. On the your car page, select 'change this car'.
3. Enter the number plate of the new car.
4. Add the details of the new car manually using the vehicle log book (V5C).
5. Check the details of the new car.
6. Make sure you update any other details that may have changed.
7. Make sure you check if there are any further changes left to do.
8. Select the date you want cover to start.
9. Check the price, the car details and the add-ons.
10. Make payment.
11. All done!
