If you’re a Direct Debit customer, we’ll automatically renew your policy each year, so your policy will continue without you having to take any action. You can cancel or make any changes to your policy at any time – we don’t charge you for this.

Ahead of your renewal date you’ll get your renewal pack with the details of your policy, your Certificate of Insurance and your last year’s premium to compare with your new annual premium. This may help you make a decision as to whether you’d like to renew your policy and you can contact us to make amends or cancel if you’d like.

However, if you’d like to turn off the automatic renewal process, use this form to let us know.

If you’ve decided to turn off your automatic renewal: At the end of your policy, you’ll have to contact us to let us know you’d like to renew your policy as your automatic Direct Debits will have stopped. If you don’t contact us, you’ll be sent a reminder and if we don’t hear from you, your policy will be cancelled and your instruments/equipment will no longer be covered.
