If you bought or renewed your home insurance before 15th September 2015, please call us to make a change to your policy.
We’re happy to help if you need to make a change to your home insurance – just tell us what you want to do.
We’ll email you within 24 hours to check we’ve got everything right and let you know how it might change your premium (unless it’s a Sunday or bank holiday when it may take a little longer).
Once you’ve let us know you’re happy, we’ll update your policy documents and add them to your MyDocs account. If you’ve chosen to get paper documents, we’ll pop them in the post.
Your insurance won’t change until we let you know. If you need it done quickly, just call us on 0344 209 0841.
If you’re set up to contact us for someone else, just give us your details where we ask for them. And use theirs to fill in the rest.
