We’re happy to help if you need to make a change to your car insurance – just tell us what you want to do.
We’ll email you within 24 hours to check we’ve got everything right and let you know how it might change your premium (unless it’s a Sunday or bank holiday when it may take a little longer).
Once you’ve let us know you’re happy, we’ll update your policy documents and add them to your MyDocs account. If you’ve chosen to get paper documents, we’ll pop them in the post.

If you bought or renewed your car insurance on or after 16 June 2015, please check your policy documents as some options may now be included as standard.
If you’re set up to contact us for someone else, just give us your details where we ask for them. And use theirs to fill in the rest.
