  • If your payment card has expired or you want to change payment account details
  • If you or any other driver becomes unemployed or changes job, including any part-time work
  • If you've changed the way you use your car and this isn’t allowed by your Certificate of Motor Insurance
  • If you've changed your annual mileage from what you told us
  • If you've made changes to your car and it’s now different from the manufacturer’s standard UK specification
  • If you or any other driver have a prosecution pending for any motoring offence
  • If you or any other driver are convicted of a criminal or motoring offence
  • If you or any other driver have had changes to a driving licence
  • If you or any other driver have any medical changes that might affect your ability to drive.
