Once you've started your claim, we'll take care of it all as quickly as we can.
- If you told us online or with our app, we'll call you within one working day to check the details and talk you through what happens next.
- If your car has been damaged we'll put you in touch with an Allianz-approved repairer and let you know if you can get a courtesy car.
- If you were involved in an accident with other people, we'll get in touch with them for you too.
And we'll give you regular updates on how your claim's going, so you know what to expect and when.
