ACCESS TO LAWPHONE FOR ALLIANZ COMMERCIAL POLICYHOLDERS

  • To claim access to the Lawphone commercial legal advice helpline (“Lawphone”), you must have a valid Allianz Commercial Insurance policy and call Lawphone during the promotional period.
  • This promotion is open to all existing Allianz Commercial insurance policyholders who are based in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and are either (i) operating as a company, or (ii) an individual aged 18 years or over.
  • This promotion is available until 23:59 on 30 September 2021, or the date the relevant customer’s insurance policy expires and is not renewed (if earlier).
  • There are no limits to the number of times you can use the Lawphone advice line during the promotional period. 
  • The telephone number to call Lawphone is 0370 241 4140. Calls to this number will often be included in any applicable call packages, otherwise calls will be charged at your standard network rate. 
  • When calling for legal advice, elidgible users will need to provide the scheme or policy number for their Allianz Commercial insurance policy so the advisor can check the customer has a valid policy with Allianz. The eligible user should have ready:
    1. Their contact information, including address and telephone numbers;
    2. Master Policy reference shown in the policy schedule; and
    3. Brief summary of the problem requiring advice
  • After the promotion end date, only those who have legal expenses insurance with Allianz will be able to access Lawphone. Other policyholders may purchase cover from Allianz with legal advice included to access the legal advice after this date.
  • Before contacting Lawphone, eligible users should check they don’t have existing legal expenses cover with legal advice included with another insurer or purchased as part of a standalone policy. If such cover is available that cover should be used instead of Lawphone. Using Lawphone when you have another legal expense policy in place could jeopardise your cover under that other policy.
  • Only phone based legal advice is included, this promotion does not extend to legal expenses insurance or any other advice or services.
  • Legal advice is available for business matters only, related to the named business covered under the existing Allianz Commercial insurance policy.
  • Legal advice is limited to Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
  • Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any of our other promotions.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer by amending these online.

If an Allianz Commercial insurance policyholder already has legal expenses insurance with Allianz

They can notify Allianz Legal Protection by contacting the Lawphone Legal Advice Helpline on 0370 241 4140 quoting the five digit Master Policy Reference shown in the Commercial Legal Expenses section in the policy schedule.

Customers with Allianz Legal Expenses cover will continue to benefit from wider additional services including CLICK Legal and tax advice which is not included with Lawphone.
