The Whiplash Reforms 2021 - changes, impacts and actions

 

The Ministry of Justice’s Whiplash Reforms will introduce changes to the timeframes in which the insurance industry will have to operate, tariff limits for damages, a ban on pre-meds and new procedural rules that both claimants and insurers will have to adhere to.
