This rotation typically has a more project-based focus, and often provides graduates with the opportunity to interact with other parts of the business.

Claims are at the heart of our promise to our customers, so it’s vital that we, as a company, relentlessly drive innovation and improvement of our claims function.

Graduates are typically based in a head office role, offering work that delivers value to our customers and the business.

In this placement, spent in commercial or personal lines, you could be an account executive for one of our corporate partners, or you could sit with one of our marketing teams working to develop our websites, marketing material or new product and service offerings.

(9 months)

As an underwriting-led business, we pride ourselves on technical excellence in the marketplace.

You’ll learn to underwrite at least one of our commercial products, and gain exposure to the world of underwriters, business developers, brokers, delegated authorities and much more.

Applicants will have:
Achieved, or be on target for, upper second class or above degree in any subject
A valid permit for permanent work in the UK and flexibility to relocate, potentially four times (at least six months will be spent at our head office in Guildford)
Strong communication and analytical skills, plus enthusiasm, confidence and a hunger to learn
