Apprenticeship application process and tips

It’s an online application process. We recruit on a rolling basis and keep the roles open until we have filled our opportunities.

To avoid any disappointment please apply early.

Just your usual CV for the main part of the application.

In the application we'll be looking for your motivation for joining us. We believe Allianz and the  inspection sector is an exciting place to work and we want to see that in your application. We don’t expect you to be an expert, as we will develop you to be one when you join us. This is your chance to research us and what we do and show your understanding in your application.

While we love technology and digital advancements, your applications will be read carefully by one of our team. So please bear in mind this may take us slightly longer to get back to you.

If we liked your application form then you will then be asked to complete some online tests that are relevant to the role you have applied for.

On successful passing of these tests there will be a video interview where you will record your answers to our motivational and competency questions.

After this if you are successful, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre either in person or virtually depending on whether it is safe to do so. We have made our offices covid-secure, however, we will wait on government guidance before inviting you into an office.

Please note: We will endeavour to get back to everyone as soon as possible, please bear in mind we receive a large number of applications and we will always give feedback from an interview if asked.
