Finance, legal and audit

Our Finance, Legal and Audit departments are vital in our continued success.

  • Accounting: Become part of an essential function that’s responsible for the development of the organisation's financial plans and budgets, interpreting financial reports and tax returns, whilst maintaining strong corporate relations with the investment and banking communities.

  • Communications: Join an expert team dedicated to protecting and promoting the reputation of Allianz and championing employee engagement.  As a trusted adviser to the business your role could range from running print, online and broadcast PR campaigns, organising events for large audiences or managing change communication programmes.
  • Marketing: Get involved in a range of strategic and operational topics, such as market and customer intelligence, market strategy, brand management and communications, sales activation and multi-channel customer relationship management.


Operations, procurement & facilities

The Operations, Procurement and Facilities teams are at the heart of the business, helping keep Allianz running day and night.

  • Operations: Take on a key role in delivering for our customers, focusing on developing organisational management and improving processes across all areas within the business.
  • Procurement: Join the Procurement team and be responsible for the identification, sourcing, access and management of the external resources the business needs to fulfil its strategic objectives. As part of your role you will also explore supply market opportunities and develop strategies that deliver the best possible supply outcome to the business, its stakeholders and customers.
  • Facilities: Work as part of a group responsible for the planning, controlling and directing of real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, building projects, right-of-way negotiations, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties.

Our IT teams are continuously striving to ensure Allianz is utilising the latest technology on the market, whilst keeping our IT systems running 24/7.

  • Work as part of a wider team responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of our IT systems and services to meet business technology needs.
  • The team achieves this through both new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure, and the management of the IT infrastructure within the organisation.

Governance, risk & assurance

The Governance, Risk & Assurance team are crucial to protecting our business.

  • As part of this team you could be involved in identifying and analysing potential sources of loss to understand risk exposures. Developing, recommending, implementing and monitoring cost-effective controls to optimise the organisation’s risk exposures.
  • Mitigating exposure to internal and external fraud. Ensuring that the business conducts business in compliance with ethical business practices, company and Group policies, and legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the business manage its exposure to insurance risk by passing some of that risk to reinsurers.
