Allianz Management Trainee Graduate Scheme
About the scheme
Our Management Trainees gain unrivalled exposure and experience across core areas of our business. You’ll be given real work, real challenges and real responsibilities as we welcome your fresh ideas and innovative attitude to address real business challenges. This isn’t a sit-in-the-corner-doing-odd-jobs kind of scheme, it’s hands-on. Rotating through a number of different placements across our UK-wide offices, you’ll get to grips with every aspect of what we do –Claims, Sales and Marketing, Underwriting and Operations.
What you’ll be doing
As an Allianz Management Trainee you’ll gain a mix of technical, operational and leadership skills which are needed to push the business forward and achieve our mission. You’ll be delivering vital work with key figures within the business and gaining exposure across our different business areas and departments. Depending on your placements you could be dealing directly with customer’s claims, working on strategies to raise consumer awareness of Allianz products, developing the business with corporate partners and brokers, underwriting or working on cutting edge projects that will help us deliver on our purpose to ‘help people move on and up in life and business’.
Support, Training & Progress
Allianz has a strong focus on supporting students in their study. You’ll be assigned dedicated study days and the funding you need to successfully complete the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII). You’ll have direct access to our buddying and mentoring schemes, which are great ways to make connections throughout the business and to learn more about our work. In addition, you’ll have opportunities to visit our key stakeholders and we’ll also put you in touch with other Allianz graduates, so that you can share your experiences with your peers and build a network with the business managers of tomorrow.
Once you’ve qualified, your learning doesn’t stop there - you’ll have the opportunity to attend development programmes with your peers across the business, as well as opportunities to meet and learn from colleagues across the Allianz Group.
