About the office

In Bristol we have two main Contact Centre teams: Allianz Your Cover and Volkswagen Insurance Services (VIS). Allianz Your Cover is a web-based product aimed at personal customers. We sell through the main aggregator sites, such as Go Compare, Money Supermarket, Confused.com and Compare the Market. Allianz Your Cover is a base and build model that allows customers to pick and choose the elements they want from their insurance – there are 2010 different possible combinations.

VIS is the Volkswagen Group, which includes SEAT, Audi, ŠKODA and Volkswagen. Anybody that buys a brand new or used approved car from one of these brands gets complimentary seven-day insurance cover – and we then sell them annual cover on behalf of Volkswagen insurance. It’s a very comprehensive level of cover and assures our customers that their new purchase is protected to a very high standard.

Shift patterns

We have a variety of shift patterns scheduled 12 weeks in advance so you can plan around them. We’re open Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, Saturdays and Bank Holidays are 9am-5pm and we’re closed on Sundays. The shifts are balanced into a four-week pattern so you’ll work an early week followed by two mid-shift week and then a late week. When you work a Saturday, you’ll have a day off in the week beforehand.

Working in Bristol

We’re a fun and fast-paced environment. There’s a great buzz on the floor of both contact centres, which really drive you to do well.

We’re strong believers in celebrating success and encourage this within all our teams. We often run themed events like Christmas jumper day! We’re a really social bunch and have a fantastic time when we all go out together. Our last night was a meal for all 120 staff, a Halloween themed fancy dress party and a nightclub for the evening.

Where we’re based

We’re based at Aztec West, which is a business park on the outskirts of Bristol. As such there are great transport links to the office from both Patchway and Parkway train stations nearby and frequent bus services. Parking is available on site, too and lots of people cycle to work also.

We’re also close to the Aztec centre, which has sandwich shops, a bank, a newsagent and Italian restaurant. Starbucks is also within walking distance. A supermarket and other shops are about a mile away, not to mention Cribbs Causeway shopping centre. In the office we have dedicated ‘break out’ areas decked out with comfy sofas and even X-box consoles to keep you entertained during your breaks.

About the office

In our Brentford office we currently have over 150 call centre agents looking after various clients and our own products including, Small Animal Petplan and Petplan Equine, as well as our corporate partners, First Direct Bank, Co-Operative Pet Insurance and Sainsbury Pet Insurance.

Shift patterns

Our shift pattern is given in advance and rotated on a four week basis. Our earliest shifts start at 8am and our latest finish at 8pm. Our agents also work two Saturdays a month, or two in five.

Working in Brentford

We’re a fun, friendly and fast-paced office.

Where we’re based

We’re just a short distance from Brentford High Street with its many shops, banks, cafes, supermarkets and fast food restaurants. We also have a canteen on site, which serves hot and cold food. There are great transport links to the office from national rail, underground and overground services and we’re serviced by good bus service and cycling routes too.

About the office

There are 60 call centre agents here in Milton Keynes and we look after the BMW and MINI account. Customers will have seven days of insurance following the purchase of their car and we’ll then – hopefully – convert them to an annual policy. We’re a fun, fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

Our office is open from 8am-8pm and we have varying shift patterns and a mix of part and full time hours. We each work one Saturday a month with a day off in lieu that week.

Working in Milton Keynes

We have lots of social events here, much like the rest of the Allianz offices. We had a summer fete this year and family members were invited to come along and enjoy the free food and games like crazy golf, the coconut shy, footballs and the bouncy castle for the little ones.

In the office, we’ve a small break out area with leather sofas where you can read the latest Allianz newsletters, as well as other magazines. The building itself also has a central atrium area with lots of separate seating, which is a great place to chill out.

Where we’re based

We’ve great transport links to the office – the train station is a 10 minute walk away, the bus station is five minutes away, plus we have a Redway system for cycling with allocated bike storage monitored by CCTV. The central Milton Keynes shopping centre is a two minute walk away on foot, with everything you could need, from shops and banks to post offices, restaurants and a cinema, and even a snow dome for skiing!
