Clear Essentials is our most basic home and contents insurance for price sensitive clients who want to cut-out the cost of non-essential covers.

Solid protection for the major events is provided alongside the flexibility to add on optional covers if needed. Greater sums insured can also be selected – up to £500,000 for buildings and up to £50,000 or contents.

• Up to £300,000 for rebuilding costs with option to manually increase up to £500,000
• New for old contents cover up to £30,000 with option to manually increase up to £50,000
• A sum insured of £300,000 for rebuilding costs and £30,000 for contents on new-for-old basis
• Personal Liability cover up to £2 million
• Alternative accommodation up to 15% of the sum insured
• Up to £750 for loss of oil and metered water
• Up to £1,500 for trace and access
