HomePlans is our home insurance product that provides buildings cover on a sum insured basis with contents cover on a bedroom rated basis.
HomePlans provides cover for properties with up to 5 bedrooms and contents of up to £40,000.
- Available for both Buildings and Contents cover.
- Optional Accidental Damage and Legal Expenses cover.
- Option for Personal Possessions cover.
(Whilst in the British Isles, Europe, Mediterranean Coast and Islands, Madeira and Canary Isles. We will also cover elsewhere in the world for up to 60 days in any one year of insurance.) - Students Personal Possessions cover – when living away from home whilst attending college or university up to £3,000.
(This does not cover any theft or attempted theft which does not involve force and violence to get in and out of the building). - Access to Homecall – 24-hour emergency service and legal helpline.
