Claims START, based in Birmingham is a 24-hour, 365 days a year service for customers to report all new motor insurance claims (including accident, theft, vandalism, or windscreen damage). Once your customer has notified claims START of the accident, an Approved Repairer will contact them to arrange repairs of the vehicle.

Our Household Claims Centre, based in Bristol is also available to customers’ 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Household Claims Centre staff will capture all necessary information over the telephone thus reducing the amount of paperwork for you to complete.
