Allianz is recognised as a leader within the motor trade market.  We have over 30 years experience and expertise, and are the approved insurer of the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF).

Our products are designed to help improve business process efficiency, reduce operating costs and mitigate risks which could affect our customers' business. 

A wide range of optional additional covers are also available and can be combined into the Policy to tailor the insurance to the needs of the business.

Professional Indemnity (PI)


Our Professional Indemnity cover is provided in-house, in association with Allianz Global Corporate and Speciality. We offer a range of PI products for different professions, including motor trade, and provide comprehensive wordings, written on a full civil liability basis to cover the professional against claims emanating from their own negligence. Having this cover in place also provides protection against meeting the cost of defending claims, as well as any damages payable stemming from negligent advice.

Directors & Officers


Directors & Officers insurance can be purchased as an add-on to your standard policy. It provides peace of mind and protection against personal liability when managing a company or organisation in the role of director, officer or manager. Cover includes employment tribunal costs, legal defence costs and damages arising from employment practices and discrimination.

Premium Instalment Plans


Subject to credit checks, we can offer flexible quarterly or monthly instalment plans to assist your cash flow, particularly useful for small business clients.

Allianz Legal Online


Allianz Legal Online (ALO) is a free service, providing over 100 legal documents which can help you support your employees, comply with legislation and assist with your day-to-day business activities. Available 24/7/365, the service is designed to make life easier for those clients with little time to dedicate to paperwork, particularly useful for SMEs. We understand that one size does not always fit all, so our documents can be individually tailored to ensure that you have a bespoke document for your business and relevant legal advice. We aim to make life easier with Legal Online.

ALO is available as standard with our Complete Motor Trade policy and is available for Motor Trade Select policyholders when Commercial Legal Expenses have been added.

eServices


eServices is our suite of reporting tools which allow you to manage your periodic engineering inspection reports online. Updated daily, the systems have dramatically reduced any inefficiency, making your inspection programme management both simple and effective.
