Managing Occupational Road Risk (MORR) review
RoSPA’s MORR™ consultant will spend time with you, assessing existing systems, procedures, control measures and documentation in order to build an accurate picture of the existing road risk and safety performance of your fleet. They will produce a report advising you on the degree of compliance with existing standards and areas where standards are absent, or inadequate, or in need of refinement as part of continuous risk improvement.
Driver Development Training
The Driver Development Course is designed to capitalise on your strengths and natural ability as well as giving hints and tips to further improve driving and reduce the risk of car accidents. The one day course includes a classroom session to discuss the principles of defensive driving, how the driver’s attitude and concentration affects their driving and how they can assess and reduce driving risks. This is followed by a pre-use vehicle check and then in-vehicle coaching using the vehicle type with which you are familiar, on all types of roads and in various traffic conditions.

Driver Theory Workshops
This half day workshop provides an ideal opportunity to ensure that all those who drive for work purposes understand the principles of defensive driving. This workshop provides cost effective means to improve the knowledge and driving abilities of all employees.
Driver Profiler
RoSPA’s Driver Profiler is an online psychometric driver assessment tool, which measures the driver’s attitude to being on the road. This provides excellent insights into the risk posed by drivers and allows managers to compare individuals and make decisions on the provision of appropriate training.
MORR Complete Compliance review
The MORR Complete Compliance review is a unique online tool which allows you to easily measure, record and manage at-work road risk. You can obtain:
- a comprehensive corporate risk assessment and individual driver risk assessments
- driver audits and legally required information
- easy to understand analysis of all surveys

Driver Assessor Course
The Driver Assessor Course allows you to train one or more of your employees to conduct individual driver risk assessments. By doing this you can quickly get a detailed picture of just how competent and safe your company’s drivers really are. This course can be tailored for any individual within your organisation with a keen interest in driving and who, in your opinion, would be capable of conducting this sort of assessment.
