Claims
has 8 centres across the UK: Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Woking and Guildford and deals with all types of insurance claims, including motor damage, casualty, personal injury, household and property. We work within a framework we call ‘Excellence in Claims’ which provides employees with the tools, time and environment to develop skills and knowledge in order to provide a quality service to our customers.
Allianz Information Services
is our offshore facility in India and provides IT and Back Office support to the UK.
Human Resources
HR is structured on an Account Management basis with specific teams assigned to Business Units. They in turn are supported by specialists in the main HR functions of Resourcing, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Compensation & Benefits. The Division is based mainly in Guildford but also has Advisors and Managers sited throughout the UK supporting local management.
Information Technology
The IT function is primarily based in Guildford and is focused on providing “Best in Class” centralised and localised IT Services covering both development and support
Finance
Finance Department is based mainly in Guildford where its functions include Accounts, Legal and Compliance and Management Services. Separately we have an Investment function in London.
Chief Executive
Based in London, the department is responsible for Actuarial and Planning across the business.
Corporate Communications and Marketing
Based in Guildford, the department is responsible for internal and external communication.
