We provide a comprehensive benefits package. Some terms and conditions may vary slightly between locations, but the following are standard:
Flexible Benefits
Our benefits scheme allows employees to have a choice in the benefits they receive. Everybody has the opportunity to select different benefits depending on their circumstances. For example, there are options to increase or decrease annual leave, enhance pension arrangements, buy Life Assurance, medical and dental insurance, childcare vouchers, shares and retail vouchers.
Affinity Benefits
We provide employees with a wide choice of savings on every day purchases as well as holidays, weekend breaks and other leisure activities. Also included are preferential rates for personal insurance on products such as motor, home and pets.
Flexible Working
Our working hours are driven by the needs of our customers (both internal and external). We aim to balance that though with working hours that fit with your personal circumstances. Provided that customer service is not affected and your hours are maintained, it could include, varying your start and finish times to better fit with transport arrangements or childcare, additional hours being compensated for by time off in lieu, time off for Doctor's appointments, or even occasional home working.
Flexible working is at your Manager's discretion.
Annual Leave
In addition to 8 days public holiday, we provide 20 days, rising to 27 days per year depending on Allianz service and previous relevant experience.
Bonus Schemes
Bonus is paid annually depending upon individual and Company performance.
Pension Scheme
The Company has a non contributory Money Purchase Staff Pension Scheme. If you choose to make additional contributions, then subject to certain limits, we will match those contributions.
Employee Share Ownership Plan
The share ownership plan enables you to buy shares in Allianz AG on a special basis allowing you to participate in the shareholding of the Allianz group.
Staff Introductory Awards
In many cases, if you introduce a new employee to us, we will give you a cash award.
Internal Vacancies
