We market these both direct to business (B2B) and direct to customers (B2C), using brokers, financial intermediaries, banks and building societies, the Internet, call centres and through retail brands. To do this, we make the most of the full direct marketing mix to drive sales and maximise profits for the business. Your structured programme will give you invaluable insight into several areas of the business, incorporating placements in externally facing roles as well as within Operations, Pricing and Business Change. We encourage a fresh perspective by providing you with challenges, introducing new ideas and ensuring you can make a positive contribution during your time spent within each area. Based across our Guildford, Brentford and Bristol offices, you may also travel throughout the UK and further afield to give you a comprehensive taste of our company and a solid foundation of knowledge on which to build on, whilst establishing useful internal networks.

When it comes to support, we like to make sure we’ve got everything covered, which is why, in addition to the guidance you’ll receive from your line manager and a mentor, you’ll also have a wider network to call on. We allocate a business manager and a member of the HR team to look after you and we’ll put you in touch with the other graduates across all the schemes we run so you can share your experiences with your peers.

Alongside the hands-on experience which you’re gaining, we’ll also support you through your professional qualifications as you work towards either a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
