No successful business ever stands still that is why at Allianz we need the most dynamic and professional HR people to keep us driving forward. Key to our continued success is the support, advice and foresight provided to us by our HR team who, working side by side with all areas of the business, ensure that we deliver our strategies with passion and style.
Talented and dynamic HR professionals are hard to come by . . . so we want to go out of our way to develop them. This is why we are introducing this 3 year programme designed to take you on the journey from ‘fit to fabulous’, turning you into a top HR professional by giving you the very best foundation in all aspects of human resources.
This diverse programme will provide you with experience and expert knowledge in the four key HR specialisms: Resourcing, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits. Coupling this we will support you while you study towards CIPD recognition.
Starting with a six- month placement within the HR Operations team, your learning will be in the form of on the job training, shadowing your HR Advisor buddy in their day to day responsibilities as well as a series of specifically designed workshops and corporate training courses. You will also have ownership of a number of projects aligned to the key specialisms, giving you the opportunity to work closely with Senior HR Managers and managers across the business. By the end of the programme it is envisaged that you will be entirely equipped to run solo with your own HR Account Management area providing professional, expert advice and support to line managers as they manage and develop their teams.
In return for this we are looking for a graduate with the enthusiasm and drive to help us move the business forward, as well as the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas that will help us live our values and stay ahead of our competitors. With a 2.1 or above in your chosen degree, a minimum of 300 UCAS points and a grade B in GCSE Maths and English Language, you will be a great communicator who possesses the ability to show empathy and professionalism in all that you do.
With a view to starting the role as soon as possible your performance will be reviewed throughout the programme with pay rewards available to reflect your achievements. Your success will be determined by your passion to grow and this programme will facilitate your development by giving you the best opportunities while you forge a career in the HR arena.
