The 2010 Finance Scheme is now closed
In a company with a turnover in excess of £1.6 billion, the Finance team has its work cut out, but one thing’s for sure – there’s never a dull moment. Spread across three main areas including Core Accounting (Accounts Payable, Cashiers or Management Accounts), Financial Accounting (within a Business Division) and other Accounting (Internal Audit, Tax or Group Accounts), this dynamic team is a great place to pursue your accountancy career. Based in our Head Office in Guildford, you’ll be working across the full range of corporate and trading accounts within a friendly, welcoming environment.
The Finance Graduate Scheme lasts for three years. You’ll spend around one year in each of the three areas mentioned above, whilst studying for your CIMA or ACCA qualification. From day one, you’ll begin to gain hands-on experience, whilst also broadening your technical know-how.
We recognise that studying and working at the same time is a significant challenge, so we’ve put an industry-leading package of support benefits in place. We’ll pay for all of your course fees, including study materials, examinations and membership fees, and travel expenses. You’ll receive time off to study in addition to your holiday and a cash award when you successfully complete your qualification.
You’ll be assigned a mentor to help guide and counsel you through the scheme. You’ll also have a direct contact within the Accounts team, who can answer those everyday questions which pop up from time-to-time and give you the all-important peer-level support you’ll need to help you along your way.
