The 2010 Corporate Management Scheme is now closed

The aim of our Corporate Management graduate scheme is to develop a pool of talent for management and senior management positions into the future. In addition, adding value to the business in the short term, bringing fresh ideas, supporting a high performance culture and providing cross divisional knowledge sharing and networking are key features of the scheme.

The Corporate Management graduate scheme is structured to give you the unrivalled breadth of exposure and experience you’ll need over the next few years to develop a challenging management career for the future.

After a thorough induction into the business you’ll spend the first two years experiencing Underwriting, Claims, Sales/Marketing and Distribution and Operations through our carefully designed modular programme.

This range of hands-on experience will enable you to gain the right mix of technical, commercial and leadership development essential to drive our business to achieve its mission. It’s also designed to help you make informed career choices moving forward.

You’ll also gain companywide exposure by rotating through a number of our divisions to understand the whole business and the different markets we operate in. Flexibility and mobility are part and parcel of this scheme and as such, your enthusiasm and adaptability will be the key to your success.

Through your line manager and HR we support your progress and give you regular feedback along the way. Also, networks of support right across the business, including a mentor carefully selected for you, will champion your development and be available to provide advice and guidance. We’ll also put you in touch with other graduates so you can share your experiences with your peers.

Alongside your hands-on experience we’ll support you in achieving the Advanced Diploma in Insurance to become ACII professionally qualified, and because the Corporate Management graduate scheme is also aligned to our wider Talent Management Strategy, your career progression will be supported well into the future.
