The Claims Division is a critical part of Allianz Insurance, accounting for an annual claims spend in excess of £500m, which means our negotiating and settling skills are incredibly important for the success of the business as a whole. You’ll be working at the heart of our organisation playing an integral part and making an impact, right from day one.
Our dedicated Claims graduate scheme will give you a thorough understanding of all aspects of Claims Division, through hands-on experience and industry-leading technical training. You’ll develop your relationship management skills as you interact with our external partners and build the core commercial, leadership and technical skills that are vital to our business.
During the two years on the scheme, you’ll have an opportunity to spend time with our claims teams across our national Claims Handling Centre network.
You can look forward to industry-leading technical training and development supported by our nationally recognised and CII accredited Excellence in Claims development programme and support in achieving the Advanced Diploma in Insurance to become ACII professionally qualified.
Your support network
When it comes to support, we like to make sure we have everything covered, which is why in addition to the guidance you’ll receive from your line manager, you’ll also have a wider network to call on. In addition, we’ll put you in touch with graduates across all the schemes so you can share your experiences with your peers.
You’ll receive financial support and attend regular workshops to assist you in attaining your Advanced Diploma in Insurance. You’ll participate in our leadership programme, receive career coaching and have the support of a dedicated programme mentor.
