“At the moment, I’m working towards becoming qualified as an Accountant and working in AGR Accounts, whilst also studying for my qualifications. I’ve got a mentor, who helps me with my career progression and a contact within the Accounts team, who’s there to discuss any issues I may have or talk through challenges I’m facing. It’s a good system that gives you support from every angle. The culture here is very open and friendly and we all socialise together. What I like best is that there is always someone to help you if you need it - you never feel out on your own.
