The Board of Management of Allianz Insurance currently is composed of seven members.

Andrew Torrance - Chief Executive
Andrew Torrance Joined Allianz in 1999, previously spent time in senior positions at London & Edinburgh Insurance Group and Boston Consulting Group. Became Chief Executive in 2003. Married with two children.
George Stratford - Financial Director
George Stratford Joined Allianz in 1977 and held a number of senior positions in the Finance division before being appointed General Manager in 1996 and a Director in 2003
Mark Churchlow - Director, Actuarial & Planning
Mark Churchlow Joined Allianz in 1989 and held a number of positions, including Appointed Actuary, in life division before becoming Chief Actuary for the company in 1998.
Jon Dye - General Manager, Retail Division
Jon Dye Joined Allianz as Director, Claims in 2003 and was appointed General Manager, Retail Division, in 2007.
Philip Gennoy - Director, HR
Philip Gennoy Joined Allianz in 1999. Previously held senior HR, Sales and Marketing positions in the oil and dairy industries.
Chris Hanks - General Manager, Commercial Lines
Chris Hanks Joined Allianz in 1999 as Commercial Underwriting and Marketing Executive following the Allianz takeover of AGF, where he held a number of senior positions. Appointed General Manager in 2003.
John Knowles - Director, IT & Off-Shore Operations
John Knowles Joined Allianz in 1999. Previously held senior and Board positions in IT and Business Operations in the UK and overseas.
Graham Gibson - Director, Claims
Graham Gibson Joined Allianz June 2008. Previously worked for 13 years at Groupama.
